Where the bids come from
The national tools are strong on federal data and often thin on the county and city portals local contractors actually win from. This digest covers both.

A real sample digest
These are real SAM.gov notices pulled on Oct 29, 2026, for a hypothetical example client: a small veteran-owned construction and facilities firm in Savannah (NAICS 236220, 238210, 561210, 561730). Where no Georgia notices matched an exact code, adjacent codes are marked.
Example client · Georgia, priority coastal · Small Business, VOSB/SDVOSB
Building 262 Renovation, FLETC Glynco, Georgia
Why it matched: Top pick: coastal Georgia, exact NAICS, small business set-aside.
Tybee Island Shoreline Protection Project
Why it matched: Coastal Chatham County; heavy civil, likely a sub/teaming lead.
L7WC02_ B670 Paint Booth and HVAC
Why it matched: Mechanical/HVAC; sub or prime fit for a facilities firm.
Recycling Services
Why it matched: Regional installation; shown to illustrate 8(a) set-aside matching.
Market Intelligence Notice: Child Development Centers (CDC), Volumetric Modular
Why it matched: On the radar: responding puts the firm on the district's radar.
Vent Hood Services
Why it matched: Small, recurring facilities service.
Sources Sought: VISN 7 Construction MATOC
Why it matched: Strong fit if the firm is an SDVOSB; multi-award construction vehicle.
Deadlines in Eastern Time as listed on SAM.gov. Live digests also include an "Updates and amendments" section for bids you've already received. Always confirm details and the deadline on the source portal before you bid.

Local, and a real person
I'm Nathan Bridges, based in Pooler, just outside Savannah. Coastal Georgia has a lot of federal work within a short drive: Fort Stewart, Hunter Army Airfield, the Port of Savannah, FLETC Glynco and more. But the bids are scattered across federal, state, county and city portals, and small firms rarely have time to check them all.
Coastal Georgia Contracts does that checking for you. I set up your filters by hand, read the matches before they go out, and adjust them when you reply. If a bid is a stretch, the digest says so.
Frequently asked questions
SAM.gov saved searches are free. Why pay?
They are, and they're a good start. This digest adds the Georgia, Chatham County and City of Savannah portals, matches on set-asides, service area and contract size as well as codes, and has a person filter out the noise and flag deadlines and amendments.
Which set-asides do you match?
Small business, SDVOSB/VOSB, 8(a), HUBZone and WOSB/EDWOSB, plus unrestricted bids if you want them.
Do you write or submit bids?
No. You get the opportunities and the key details; you decide what to bid and submit it yourself. Always confirm details on the source portal.
When does the email arrive?
Core and Pro: every weekday at 7:00 AM ET (or a time you choose). Starter: Mondays at 7:00 AM ET. If nothing new matches, you still get a short "no new matches" note so silence never looks like a failure.
Is there a free trial?
No. Plans are month to month, so you can cancel any time. The founding rate ($79/month for Core, locked for 12 months) is the best way in for the first 5 clients.
What do I need to get started?
Your NAICS codes (or a description of your work and I'll suggest some), your certifications, where you'll travel, and the job sizes you want.
Do I need a SAM.gov registration?
Not to receive or read the digest. To actually submit an offer on a federal contract, you generally need an active SAM.gov registration, which is how you get your Unique Entity ID (UEI). Federal rules (FAR 4.1102) require offerors to be registered at the time they submit, with narrow exceptions such as some government purchase-card micro-purchases. State, county and city bids have their own vendor registration. If you're not registered yet, I can point you to the free SAM.gov registration and the local Georgia APEX Accelerator office for help.
What does "up to 3 client profiles" on Pro mean?
Pro can cover up to three separate profiles, for example two affiliated companies or divisions, each with its own codes and filters.
